21 charged in yearlong heroin investigation in Mid-Ohio Valley

Eighteen people are in custody on heroin charges after a yearlong trafficking investigation, and authorities are continuing to look for three others.


A 13 year old boy is charged with attempted burglary and attempted rape after he allegedly broke into a Marietta home near where he lives.
