I know, I know, I just said in last week's blog that you wouldn't be seeing me at the anchor desk for a while, but due to some complications...my  back surgery is now postponed.

Last Friday, the results came back from my pre-surgery blood work and it turns out I'm anemic.  So, my blood count is too low to handle surgery.  The good news is I would have never known that unless I had these pre-surgery tests done.  So, before I can even set a new date for surgery I'll have to see a hematologist.  Hopefully they will get me healthy enough to proceed with the surgery so I can feel all better.
