Before the clouds rolled in this week, my fiance Eric and I went on a quick walking trail. We couldn't resist because the sun was out, there was a nice breeze, and we didn't know when temperatures like this would return. It almost felt like spring especially with all of the spring clothes and Easter decorations out in stores.
So we started walking and couldn't stop! We walked a little over three miles we think and it didn't even seem like we were exercising. I guess I am just really excited there have been days when it has been really comfortable to take a walk in the park, breathe some fresh air, and appreciate nature.
It was so refreshing that day that I had to step out again this week. I have to say both times I was reenergized.
So I was wondering if there are there any specific trails you recommend in this area?
Also are there any new exercises you are trying this year that are really working? I'm a big fan of Zumba :)
