Two Words Many Don't Say Enough

Lauren talks about her two favorite words that carry a lot of weight in her life.

Hello everyone let me say to you thank you for taking the time to read this blog. You probably have better things to be doing than reading this or surfing the web so thank you! Those two words lead into my reason for my blog.

To often do we forget something we all hopefully learned from our mothers, fathers, and caretakers at any early age....The simple phrase "Thank You." It is something we learn to say at first when our parents push us or remind us to say it or when someone holds a door for us, or as we grow we learn the true meaning of the two words. I think thank you is something in which isn't said enough today. I'm not saying we should over use the words, but the simple and gracious phrase is something many have trouble saying. To often do we get a thank you followed by a but...or a short thank you in which the person isn't meaning the words they are saying. Life is short and time is fast so thank yous are something life should be filled with.

So, I say thank you to YOU for taking the time to get to know me, for being nice to be on a terrible day, for a sweet smile, nod or a kind word. Pass it on with a grateful heart and tell someone today "Thank You!"
