Motorcycle riders are hitting the roads

Parkersburg, W.Va.- West Virginia’s Motorcycle Safety Program encourages motorcyclists to take extra precaution when returning to the roads.

They recommended riders to make sure they have the right gear, but also have a proper maintenance check. Enrolling, for a motorcycle safety program will prepare you as a safe rider. The program is meant for brand new drivers and also those who may have developed bad habits over time.

Site Coordinator for West Virginia’s Safety Program says, “I was not trained. And I had a severe accident on a motorcycle, and spent time in a hospital from it. I'm trying to prevent anybody I can from doing the same thing I did and to keep them a safe rider, out here on the road and they can really enjoy motorcycle riding."

The program is very affordable, and will teach you all that you need to be a safe rider.
