PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - This week, drivers on WV-68 in Parkersburg may face delays on the Juliana Street Bridge, due to a bridge inspection.
The West Virginia Division of Highways says single-lane closures will be in effect on the Northbound and Southbound sides of the Juliana Street Bridge on WV-68, while workers conduct a bridge inspection.
The lane closures will be in place from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. on Wednesday August 16 and Thursday, August 17.
WVDOH officials say drivers can expect minor delays on both sides of the Juliana Street Bridge and drivers should plan to take another route to avoid the bridge if possible.
Drivers who do cross the bridge during the inspections are asked to drive slowly and carefully through the work zone, and to obey all traffic control devices.
