Two people receive their sentencing after involvement with home invasion

MARIETTA, Ohio (WTAP) - Update: 9/13/2017 4:11 P.M.

Two people involved in a home invasion in May were sentenced in Washington County Common Pleas Court.

Felicia Jackson, 36 years old, of Marietta got three years’ probation, following 90 days in jail.

She'll be taken to a treatment facility after 30 days in jail are served.

In May, Jackson was the driver in a get-away car during the home invasion.

She was charged with aiding and abetting to aggravated robbery.

Aaron Sarver, 31 years old, of Belpre was in court Wednesday September 13, 2017, to receive his sentence for aggravated burglary.

He invaded the home, demanding drugs and money.

He will serve five years in prison.

Five people have been arrested and charged in connection with a home invasion in Marietta.

Marietta Police say on Tuesday, officers responded to reports of a home invasion on Franklin Street.

The residents told police 3 people, two men and one woman, broke through the back door of their home, demanding drugs and money.

The female burglar, identified as Kattie Bishoff, forced a female resident of the home into a bedroom, where the woman picked up a hammer and hit Bishoff, causing her to fall.

All 4 burglars then left the home after stealing money from a wallet inside the home.

Neighbors heard the home invasion happening and saw 3 suspects leave in a car driven by another female, later identified as Felicia Jackson.

Investigators found Bishoff had dropped her cell phone inside the home, and recovered it.

Officers found the getaway vehicle in an alley in the 700-block of 7th Street, with four people, including Jackson, inside.

The home invasion victims were brought to the car's location and identified some of the car’s passengers, and another man located in a nearby home, as the 3 people who broke into their home.

A crowbar and hammer the suspects used as weapons during the home invasion were also found in the suspects’ car.

During the investigation, witnesses told police that a third man had entered the victims’ home, unbeknownst to the victim.

Investigators arrested William Eric George, 42, of Parkersburg, Aaron John Sarver, 31, of Belpre, Dustin Ray Riley, 31, of Marietta, Felicia C Jackson, 36, of Marietta, and Kattie Lynn Bishoff, 26, who is homeless.

George, Sarver, Riley and Bishoff are charged with 1st degree Fleony Aggravated Burglary.

Felicia Jackosn is charged with 1st degree felony complicity (aiding & abetting) to aggravated robbery.

All five suspects are being held in the Washington County Jail.
