MIDDLEPORT, Ohio (WTAP) - Meigs County deputies arrest three people during a traffic stop Thursday night on State Route 124 in Middleport.
It happened near the intersection of Bradbury Road.
Deputies say the driver was Johnny Ratliff. While investigating, deputies reportedly found a loaded handgun and methamphetamine in the car's floorboard.
Ratliff and Michael Pierce were arrested for having weapons while under disability. Both have prior felony convictions on their records.
Pierce reportedly had drug paraphernalia in the car.
The last person in the car, Belinda Pendleton, was arrested for reportedly having a Suboxone pill, which is a type of pain pill.
Investigators say further charges are pending at this time.
