RENO, Ohio (WTAP) - Fast-moving storms hit the Mid-Ohio Valley leaving some to pick up the pieces.

The storms caused several trees to fall in the Reno area of Washington County Friday afternoon.

One even fell on a house located on Shady Lane around 12:30 p.m.

Daniel Mendez, the homeowner, said he heard loud winds, walked outside, and saw a tree fallen on the backside of his home.

"It's a little bit of damage I wouldn't say a lot of damage I mean it took out gutters and I'm hoping there's not a whole in the roof underneath that tree but we'll see when we get somebody to take it down," Mendez said.

Mendez said he'll know for sure the extent of the damage once the tree is removed.

He said the storms moved quickly, lasting about 1 to 2 minutes.

No injuries were reported.
