Middlebourne, WV man facing drug, firearm charges in federal court

WHEELING, W.Va. - A federal grand jury has indicted a Tyler County man on drug and firearm charges.

William “Jack” Parr, 51, of Middlebourne, WV, is charged with one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute methamphetamine, two counts of distribution of methamphetamine and one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

The U.S. attorney’s office in Wheeling says the crimes are alleged to have taken place from 2015 to August 2017 in Tyler County.

The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Tyler County Sheriff’s Office are handling the investigation.
