BELPRE, Ohio (WTAP) - Update: 3/6/2018 8:18 P.M.
A man has been arrested and charged for allegedly robbing the Chase Bank branch in Belpre Tuesday afternoon.
Belpre Police Chief Terry Williams identified the suspect as Travis Eue, 34, of Belpre.
Eue is facing charges related to the robbery and is in the Washington County Jail.
Eue has a preliminary hearing on those charges scheduled for March 8.
The bank closed after the robbery for the remainder of the day while police investigated, but it is expected to open on Wednesday.

Belpre Police say at 4:12 P.M. Tuesday, officers responded to an armed robbery call at the Chase Bank at 321 Main Street in Belpre.
Investigators say a man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding cash.
The teller complied and the man left the bank with between $5,000 and $10,000 in cash.
He was captured near the bank about one hour later, but police haven't yet released his name or details of his arrest.
As of 5:00 P.M., Belpre Police were still inside the bank investigating.
A sign on the bank's front doors told customers the bank was closed because of an emergency.
