W.Va. State Police track down missing Pleasants County woman

ST. MARYS, W.Va. (WTAP) - UPDATE (2/22/17 11:45 P.M.): According to West Virginia State Police, troopers have tracked down Guthrie.

They obtained a lead in the case Wednesday evening, leading them to the missing woman.


The St. Marys Detachment of the West Virginia State Police is requesting assistance in locating 20-year-old Elora Delphanie Guthrie.

Elora Guthrie was last heard from by her family on Feb. 16.

Guthrie suffers from a serious medical condition that requires regular medication to control and without this medication is subject to Status Epilepticus (back to back seizures), which renders her unable to verbalize or communicate, and can often times be fatal.

Elora Guthrie has contacts in the Sts Marys and Parkersburg areas as well as in and around Athens, Ohio.

Guthrie is 5-foot-2, weighs 124 pounds and has red hair and hazel eyes.
She also has tattoos, including voodoo with wings on her left forearm and skull on he lower abdomen.

She has scars above her right eye and multiple scars on both arms and legs
