Damien Lee Monroe Hornbeck, 8, of Vienna passed away February 1, 2018 at his residence.

He was born in Parkersburg July 24, 2009. He was a happy go lucky boy who loved listening to music and watching cartoons.

He is survived by his father Clarence "Leroy" Monroe Hornbeck; his twin sister Dakota Hornbeck; grandparents Donald and Janet Hornbeck; special nurse Sarah Pitner; cousins Austin Boyd and Kelsey Caplinger, and several aunts and uncles.

Services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.

Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M.
