Larry Charles Lacey age 59, went to meet his Master on June 18th, 2018 in Wan Chi, Hong Kong.

He was born in Gallipolis, Ohio on March 27th, 1959. He was raised in Sandusky Ohio, where he graduated from Sandusky High School in 1977. While at Sandusky High, He traveled with the American Youth in Concert, traveling to six European countries. He played oboe where they played at St Pauls Cathedral before the Pope. He also played in New York City's famous Town Hall.

Upon graduation from high school, he enlisted in the Army National Guard and completed his basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.

He studied at Owens Community College and had a degree in CAD Drafting.

He was a general manager of Transelement Asia Limited where he traveled extensively world wide. He was also a manager of a local pub known as the Dog House in Hong Kong. He always remained a die hard Cleveland Browns fan.

At the time of his death he was involved in several new adventures.

He is survived by his wife Maria Isabela Cariaga, and his 12 year old son Noah Lacey of Wan Chi, Hong Kong.

He is also survived by an older son Nathan Landoll and several grandchildren of Independence, Kentucky. He is survived by his mother Sally Wilson Lacey Miller. A brother John Mark Miller, an uncle James Wilson (Jean), an aunt Diana Wilcox Missler (Allen) of Bellvue Ohio. 8 First Cousins. 4 Step brothers and sisters Danny, Debbie, Bill and Carol. He was preceded in death by his father Larry C. Lacey of Laura, Ohio. And recent death of his step father William B. Miller Jr. of Coolville, Ohio. Grandparents Woodrow and Norma Wilcox of Sandusky, Ohio. And an Aunt Lynda Wilcox Dale of Norwalk Ohio.

Services will be on Saturday at 1:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 to 6-8 PM.

Burial will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Middleport, Ohio.
