PARKERSBURG, W. Va. (WTAP)- Ball players can polish their skills on the court thanks to the help of the Ohio Valley University Lady Scots.
The OVU women's basketball team has set the dates for its very first "Put in Work Skills and Drills" clinic.
There will be six sessions open to boys and girls from ages eight to 14.
The focus will be on agility, ball handling and sharpening shooting skills.
Attending three sessions will cost $125 while going to all six sessions will be $175 and each participant will get a t-shirt.
The OVU coaching staff and players will be on hand as instructors.
"We just hope that we bring more kids from the community on to our campus to show them our campus and maybe some potential Fighting Scots in the future," said Lady Scots head coach Jazmone Turner.
