PARKERSBURG, W. Va. (WTAP)- History has been made at Warren High School thanks to a pair of wrestlers.
Peyten Kellar has become the first freshman from Warren High School and first freshman in Washington County to qualify for the state tournament.
At 48-3, Kellar picked up a semifinal win in a 13-2 decision and became the district champ with a 4-3 win over Cael Woods from West Holmes.
Sophomore Brady Oberdier also qualifies for states after a 14-7 victory over Indian Valley's Jacob Armstrong. The state tournament will be at Ohio State University from March 8-11.
