The 2014 Baker & Baker Diamond Drop is over….now all that’s left to do is to determine the winner!
The marble that had been placed in an ice sculpture at the store by Chef Yancy, fell in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Feb 5.
We are now sorting through more than 3,500 in-store and on-line entries to see who came the closest to predicting the right time without going past the time it fell.
The winner will be announced on WTAP at Five on Valentine’s Day, Feb 14, 2014.
Thanks to everyone who entered and congratulations to the lucky winner…yet to be determined!
This is the Event that you have been waiting for -- a chance to WIN a 1.00ct Brilliant Round Loose Diamond from Baker & Baker Jewelers!
All you have to do is be the one to most closely guess how long will it take a marble to fall out of a beautiful ice sculpture that Chef Yancy Roush has created.
Go on-line NOW or stop in at Baker & Baker Jewelers at 105 Putnam Street in Marietta, OH, NOW to enter your guess.
Then, stop in or visit the live webcam at TheNewsCenter.tv starting on February 3rd to watch the sculpture melt and the marble start to fall!
The thawing begins on Tuesday, February 4, 2014. You can enter on line until 11:59:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 5 or (in person) until the store closes Wednesday evening!
Click the Button Below and fill out the form, and guess the day, hour, minute and second that the ice will melt enough for the prize to drop! If your guess is the closest, to the second, without going past the actual drop time, then you WIN!
You can enter as many guesses as you'd like on-line or in person! The more you enter, the better your odds of winning!
But you must enter no later than Wednesday, February 5th!
