1 Killed in Car Fire in Tyler County

SISTERSVILLE, W.Va. (AP) - Authorities are investigating a car fire that killed one person in Tyler County.

The Tyler County Sheriff's Department tells media outlets a passer-by saw a car on fire near Sistersville around 4 p.m. Sunday.

Emergency responders and police found a body inside the car.

The body was sent to the state medical examiner's office for identification and autopsy.
