A former teachers aide at Williamstown High School could be placed on the West Virginia sex offenders list.
Jerome Blaney was named in a 19-count indictment last year, accusing him of sexually abusing special education students at the high school.
Prosecutors said Friday that Blaney is prepared to enter guilty pleas involving incidents with two students.
"We ask the court at sentencing to find that these incidents were sexually motivated," said assistant Wood County Prosecutor Scott Durig, "and while the sentences are to run concurrently, we also state that there were two separate victims."
A pre-sentence report is being prepared and sentencing is set for January 10 before Circuit Judge Jeff Reed.
Because the charges involve juveniles, Blaney could face registering as a sex offender for life.
