Summer is over, the leaves start falling, and we are surrounded by colors.
Sunday all of the colors of the rainbow were on hand at the Cultural Center for Fine Arts in Parkersburg.
The center held its first ever Carnival of Colors.
Parents and children learned that art and having fun can come in all colors of the rainbow.
Each color was matched up with an activity that matched the mood! Things like dancing, painting and juggling!
Nearly 400 people turned out for the event.
