An Athens County man is indicted.
Gregory Gilkey faces two counts of gross sexual imposition and two counts of kidnapping.
The Athens County Prosecutor says in March of 2012, Gilkey was accused of having sexual contact with and restraining the liberty of a 3-year old.
Gilkey's arraignment is April 18.
