The Washington County Right Path honored this year's Humanitarian of the Year recipient.
Ray Blackburn was presented the honor for his support of the Right Path youth program and his dedication during the Righditarod, the race against hunger.
Belpre May Mike Lorentz presented him with the plaque of declaration.
"Well I think just, just trying to help out the community. We try to make sure that anything we do in our business is we help out the community and if we help out the community, they help out us," explains Blackburn.
Blackburn says he enjoyed being involved and plans to continue his support and involvement.
