A man already out on bond for burglary is arrested again for the same crimes.
Parkersburg Police say Jesse Wayne Allen broke into two homes in Parkersburg last month.
Police say the first happened during the night when Allen stole jewelry that's worth about 17,000dollars.
The same week, Allen broke into another home, but this time it happened during the day.
Police say he stole 30,000 dollars worth of jewelry.
After weeks of surveillance, he was arrested and charged.
Allen didn't post his 100,000 dollar bond and is at the regional jail. If convicted he could spend thirty years in prison.
When he was arrested, police discovered he was already on parole for burglary and out on bond on five different charges.
The investigation is ongoing and police expect more charges to be filed against Allen and possibly others.
