Agents were executing a search warrant of Kevin Bradshaw's home on Stanley Mills Road.
They found two crack pipes along with prescription pills. Bradshaw, 53, admits to possessing the drugs and getting them without a prescription.
He was arrested and faces felony charges of tampering with drugs, possession of crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
Also at the home was 23-year-old Rodrick Pettis. Pettis had a loaded Sig Saur P2340 handgun reportedly stolen from a Parkersburg home last July. He was previously convicted for trafficking in crack cocaine.
Pettis faces a weapons under disability charge.
Both are being held at the Washington County Jail until their hearing in Marietta Municipal Court on Monday.
