A 16-year old boy is at a juvenile detention center after the Washington County Sheriffs Office says he raped a four-year-old.
Sheriff Larry Mincks says the victim's mother came to them with concerns.
Authorities then acted on the authorization of a juvenile court judge and arrested the boy.
He faces a rape charge.
