Officials confirm an assistant prosecutor in Washington County has died Sunday evening.
Sheriff Larry Mincks says Raymond Dugger's wife found him unresponsive in their New Matamoras home
Medics confirmed Duggar was dead at the scene.
Sheriff Mincks says he died of natural causes and no foul play is expected.
Dugger was with the prosecutors office since October 2004. He was the juvenile prosecutor for Washington County and also handled adult felony prosecutions.
He was also an army veteran and served in Vietnam. Duggar was 64 years old.
