The Lafayette Hotel hosted the 22nd annual River City Blues Festival Saturday afternoon.
The blues festival was presented by the Mid Ohio Valley Blues, Jazz and Folk Music Society.
The two day event showcases several singers from across the valley.
River City Blues Competition winners, The Michael Gough Group and Chris Sutton were among the performers at the blues festival.
"We stress bring new and old music back to the general public. I mean blues, we tried jazz, we tried folk music," says John Gifford of the Mid Ohio Valley Blues, Jazz and Folk Music.
Also making an appearance at the blues festival were the Jake Leg Stompers, Eddie Shaw and the Chicago Rhythm and Blues Kings.
