Washington County Grand Jury Indictments

A Washington County grand jury handed down 25 indictments Friday.

Earlier this month we told you Doctor Pedrito Galupo was arrested at his Harmar Village office for allegedly writing excessive prescriptions for pain pills without examining patients.

Friday he was indicted for 12 felonious counts of trafficking in drugs.

His maximum prison sentence could be 44 and a half years behind bars.

"We're still pouring over all the data and we've got records from pharmacies....and all of his medical records," said Washington County prosecutor, Jim Schneider.

Schneider said the IRS and officials from where he practiced in Bryan, Ohio are also involved.

Nearly two weeks ago we reported Jacob Wood allegedly stole and wrecked a SUV, burst into someone's home, and broke into another vehicle.

Friday he was indicted for felonious counts of breaking and entering, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and burglary.

There was no indictment found for Jonathan Corpman for gross sexual imposition.
