Mountwood Park was the site of an event that celebrated a major milestone Sunday afternoon.
It was all part of the 25th annual Volcano Days.
People got to purchase items from local vendors, see a demonstration from several woodcarvers and enjoyed food and live entertainment.
Volcano Days is an old fashion steam engine and trailer show that got started 25 years ago by the Wood County Fly Wheelers.
"Down here in our log cabin, we have a museum now and you can learn about the town of Volcano. Volcano was one of the first oil towns in West Virginia," says Mountwood Park Attendant, Lorrie Arthur.
There was also a play area for the kids.
All proceeds will benefit Mountwood Park in order for them to put on Volcano Days next year.
