Court Says Pledge of Allegiance Unconstitutional

The San Francisco Federal Appeals Court rules the Pledge of Allegiance endorses religion.

Some mid-Ohio Valley residents disagree with the decision and don't believe it's the right one.

Of four individuals interviewed in City Park...One believes the Pledge should be left alone. Others say it does not promote religion, and under the umbrella of freedom of speech, we should be able to recite the Pledge the way each individual wants.
