Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital has announced it will be cutting its workforce.
Wednesday, the hospital implemented Phase One of its workforce reduction.
The job cuts will affect 23 positions, but will only result in three workers losing their jobs at this time.
The cuts will also help the hospital generate $1.1 million dollars.
The hospital is exploring a second phase of job cuts which could eliminate up to 50 more jobs by July first.
