The Mid Ohio Valley Health Department has compiled the health inspections of area restaurants and have made them available on their website.
Martha Lamp from the Health Department joined us on WTAP News at 5, Friday, and says there are two types of violations, critical and non-critical.
"Non-critical deals more with hair nets and gloves, cracks in the floor, dirty walls, mildew, those types of thing, but not things that would necessarily directly be linked to causing disease in the food," says Martha Lamp, MOV Health Department.
