UPDATE: Suspect in Bar Shooting Charged With Attempted Murder

UPDATE: Carl Robison Jr. was in Marietta Municipal Court Tuesday afternoon.

Robison was arraigned and charged with attempted murder.

Robison's preliminary hearing will be April 8th, and his bond is set at $500,000.


UPDATE: Carl Robison, Jr., is scheduled to appear in court at 1:00 pm Tuesday in Marietta Municipal Court, according to the Marietta Police Department.

UPDATE: According to Captain Jeff Waite with the Marietta Police Department, Carl Robison, Jr., has been taken into custody for allegedly shooting Wes Bigler.

Captain Waite says both men were at the Four Seasons when Robison followed Bigler into the men's restroom.

Patrons of the bar heard a gunshot and saw Robison leave the bar on foot.

Police say they caught Carl Robison, Jr., near west Montgomery Street, in Marietta and took him into custody.

Bigler was taken by helicopter to Grant Medical Center in Columbus with a gun shot wound below his left cheekbone.

His is currently in stable condition.

Police have not found the weapon used, if you see it, do NOT touch it, call police immediately.

UPDATE: Marietta Police are pursuing a suspect on foot near the 700 block of Montgomery Street, in Marietta, in relation to a shooting at the Four Seasons.

Shortly before 7:00pm, Monday, police responded to a shooting at the Four Seasons in Marietta.

No other details are being released at this time.
