Point Pleasant, WV (AP) -- A former Mason County volunteer firefighter has been charged with participating in the burning of two structures.
The Mason County Grand Jury charged 25-year-old Kimberly Sue Blake of Mason this week with two counts of first-degree arson and one count of conspiracy.
Blake is accused of conspiring with co-defendant Brent Donovan Kapp to burn two structures in Mason in October 2007.
Both were members of the Mason Volunteer Fire Department at the time.
Kapp pleaded guilty in February to one count of first-degree arson and one count of second-degree arson.
A third defendant, Jamal "J.J." Cuthbertson of Hartford, pleaded guilty in Dcember to second-degree arson.
