Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks says the woman making allegations of sexual misconduct against a deputy, two police officers and a firefighter is now behind bars.
Sheriff Mincks said Sergeant Robert Eddy resigned after 27-year-old Crystle Phillips made allegations of sexual misconduct. But Sgt. Eddy isn't the only one included in these allegations.
"She is the lady making allegations against our officer, the two officers in the Marietta Police Department and also the city fireman," Sheriff Mincks said.
Those allegations are currently under investigation, but no other details are being released.
"It would be premature to release any information which may or may not be accurate, and so we withhold on making comment until we have an understanding of the facts," Chad Presley, Marietta Safety Service Director, said.
The two police officers and the firefighter are on administrative leave during the investigation.
Sheriff Mincks says Phillips has since been arrested on three counts of trafficking drugs.

Cpt. Jeff Waite with the Marietta Police Department says two officers are on paid administrative leave while the allegations are being investigated.
Marietta Fire Department Chief Tom Dempsey says one firefighter is also on paid administrative leave during the investigation.
They say this is routine procedure when an employee is accused of something, and disciplinary hearings will be set where the employees will have the opportunity to tell their side.
Marietta City Safety-Service Director Chad Presley is not releasing at this time whether or not these allegations are connected, and is not yet releasing the names of the employees under investigation.
