A Parkersburg man is headed to prison for robbing the quick check store in Parkersburg.
Jeremiah Lyons pleaded guilty earlier this year to the January 23 robbery. He was sentenced Friday to 15 years in prison.
Because a firearm was involved in the crime, Lyons will not be eligible for parole for at least five years. After the robbery Lyons and Justin Stookey were arrested a short time later, after leading police on a chase through Vienna and Parkersburg.
