The Washington County Grand Jury Tuesday issued indictments on more than a dozen cases, including a fatal car accident and a sexual battery charge.
The grand jury indicted 20-year-old Alexander Winters for vehicular homicide, for a two-car accident in late August which took the life of Washington County resident Paul Bonar.
The sexual battery case involves a 13-count indictment against Donna Whited of Albany, Ohio. Whited is accused of having sexual relations with a teenager for whom she was a guardian from 1996 to 2001.
