Two wood county men have entered not guilty pleas in wood county court.
Forty-eight-year-old John Christian of Parkersburg plead not Gulity Thursday to last month's shooting death of 18-year-old Patrick Hupp.
Christian is being charged with murder and could get life in prison if convicted.
Twenty-year-old David Brannan of Davisville turned himself into authorities Thursday and posted a $10,000 bond for negligent homicide and involuntary manslaughter charges.
He along with 19-year-old Christopher Miller of Parkersburg plead not guilty on those charges.
The charges stem from a July ATV and car accident that killed 15-year-old Jeffrey Huffman.
