Mustang Survival Manufacturing Company in Elizabeth, W.Va. announced Thursday it would be expanding, and adding 20 to 100 jobs.
The company will be opening a new plant in Spencer at the former BF Goodrich building.
The company was celebrating it's 10th year anniversary when Governor Joe Manchin made the big announcement.
"Because of what you've done, because of the commitment, and when they've been able to evaluate where's the best place to make their investment; they said 'we're staying right here in West Virginia. We're moving right to Roane County. We have another plant there we can get up and running,'" Gov. Manchin said.
Mustang Survival produces a variety of life support equipment.
