Residents can report information on practically any crimes in Wood County, through a special Web site set up by the sheriff's department.
www.woodwvdeputy.com was set up earlier this year, to assist the sheriff's department in crime investigations.
And deputies are pleased with how it's worked so far.
"We've captured six people, from information we've received off the Web, explains Deputy Shawn Graham.
