A Wood County man is going to prison for a domestic violence incident.
Thirty-two-year-old Paul Stadelman Monday received a 2 to 10-year sentence for Assault During the Commission of a Felony.
Stadelman also got an additional year in the Regional Jail for Domestic Battery.
He had been accused of tying up and threatening to kill his girlfriend, during an arguement at a Vienna residence.
Assistant Wood County Prosecutor Scott Durig says Stadelman decided to plead guilty during the second day of his trial in early September.
