The Williamstown-Marietta Bridge is open again to traffic after high water that had the Marietta entrance blocked receded.
That's expected to relieve traffic headaches in the area, as well the opening of several other nearby water-logged streets.
The closing, and a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 77, made access between West Virginia and Ohio in the Marietta area difficult Tuesday morning.
