It may still be summer but its not too early to start thinking about protecting yourself from the flu.
The Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department will be holding a flu shot clinic Thursday.
The clinic will be held at the Parkersburg City Park Pavilion from 9:00am to 11:00am and then from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
The shots will be for the seasonal flu and NOT the H1N1 virus.
The clinic is open to all people from 6 months of age and older.
The health department will be holding flu shot clinics in all six of its counties.
The cost is $15 dollars.
