Two members of the group "Battle Against Cystic Fibrosis" were to be sentenced Wednesday, however, Christopher and Jackie Hunt's sentencing has been delayed until February.
The reason is that there are still questions about what responsibility they're taking for the disappearance of funds from two charity sports events.
"In both situations," Judge Jeff Reed explained, "the defendants claim the money could have been stolen. And that's just what I'm trying to get to."
The hunts pleaded "no contest" in November to separate charges of petty larceny.
