A Washington County man charged with murdering his two-month old daughter was indicted Thursday.
Twenty-three-year old Leopold Guidry II of Waterford was arrested Christmas Eve for striking his two-month old daughter Falicia in the head. She died on Thanksgiving Day.
Police say Guidry's alleged reason behind his action was that the baby's crying distracted him from watching TV. Guidry faces up to life in prison.
He's being held in the Washington County Jail on half-a-million dollars bond.
