Wood County Judge Robert Waters Wednesday denied bond for an alleged lottery parlor robber.
Charles Brannon is charged with aggravated robbery for the holdup of an employee of the City Perk Cafe on Pike Street.
Brannon, who's from Belpre, was on parole, after his conviction for a long line of Ohio felonies in the early 1990's.
Just recently, he had been free on bond from Wood County magistrate court, where he had been arraigned for possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.
The City Perk robbery happened early Saturday morning.
