A Wood County man pleads guilty in connection with a deadly ATV accident last year.
David Brannan Monday pleaded guilty to one count of negligent homicide. He had also been charged with involuntary manslaughter, leaving the scene of an accident involving a death and leaving the scene of an accident involving injury.
Fifteen-year-old Jeffrey Huffman was killed in the accident involving a car and the ATV on Nicolett road last July 14.
Brannan will testify in the trial of co-defendant Christopher Miller, which begins Tuesday before Wood County Circuit Judge George Hill.
