Indictments were handed down Friday in Noble County for two men charged in connection with a northeast Ohio man's death.
Peter Ligus and Howard Kirk were named in indictments handed down Friday by the Noble County Grand Jury.
Ligus was charged with one count of aggravated murder and one count of purposely causing the death of another, with a gun specification.
Kirk was charged with tampering with evidence. The body of Robert Mancini was found a month ago in Fredericksdale, several months after it's believed he was killed during an altercation.
