A man authorities describe as one of Washington County's top three dealers in prescription drugs is now off the streets.
Task force agents arrested 43-year-old Hill Franklin Smith in connection with selling Oxycontin and ecstasy.
Sheriff Larry Mincks says Smith is not only a dealer in prescription medications, but is also a pretty large supplier of marijuana from outside the state.
Smith is in the Washington County Jail with a $35,000 bond.
Task force agents also arrested Smith's girlfriend, Shandi Fisk, who's in jail on a $2,500 bond.
Fisk and Smith are both facing drug trafficking charges, and have preliminary hearings set for December 30.
