The stakes are higher for those looking to win big in West Virginia.
Officials for the state lottery have announced the addition of the MegaMillions game.
Tickets for the multi-state game are set to begin circulating throughout West Virginia beginning January 31st.
The jack-pot driven game is similar to Powerball which is currently offered.
Lottery director, John Musgrave, says depending on the week people will most likely purchase tickets for whichever game has a higher jack-pot.
Tickets are $1.00 and drawings for the game will be held on Tuesday and Thursday nights starting February 2nd.
